A musical and literary evening organized in cooperation with the beautiful cultural place Velký mlýn, which is perfect for education and making new friends, and the Melodio Foundation, whose mission is to restart the lives of people with disabilities and people who care for their loved ones with disabilities for a long time.
Together we want to show how people with disabilities can inspire with their talents.
Be inspired by the poems of Jáchym Novotný. Despite serious health limitations, he inspires people around him with beautiful poems. He is also tirelessly developing his talents as a composer and carver. We wrap his literary work in the vocals of Shimona, a singing lawyer, accompanied by the virtuoso guitarist David Fiedler.
Interested in issues in the lives of people with disabilities? How do they cope with everyday tasks? How do they cope with the limitations that disability brings? What inspires them to enjoy life? Don’t be afraid to ask. Jáchym Novotný will be happy to guide you through his life. Understanding brings people together.
Proceeds from this event will go towards a life restart for people with disabilities and caregivers. It will pay for services to improve our clients’ mental and physical abilities by leaps and bounds.
