The Melodio Foundation supports people with disabilities who, despite adversity, want to work on themselves and develop their attitudes, careers and quality relationships. To do this, the Melodio Foundation provides them with expert coaches and trainers.

Come and have some slightly politically incorrect fun with us and “prepare” a party for a company that is “modernly inclusive.” Cabaret – that’s humor and music. Jana Rychterová, famous for her witty lyrics, does not shy away from exaggeration and dark humor in her songs. Shimona, a singing lawyer, brings lyricism to the stage. There will also be room for emotion. Melodio’s clients are true inspiration for life.

We will present the world premiere of the music video Christmas Wishes, created in collaboration with the Poděbrady Secondary School of Media Studies and the Poděbrady Special Elementary School. You will witness a combination of audiovisual projection and live performance!

The graceful movements on stage will be conjured up by dancer Eva Alner. Her movements will be accentuated by beautiful silk hand-painted scarves from the workshop of academic painter Brigita Krumphanzlová.

The audience is in for a treat, prepared for MELODIO cabaret by coach and mentor Lucie Kirchner, DiS. (who also works at the Calm2be lecturing center in Poděbrady).

We look forward to feasting on you. 😀 We will donate the proceeds of the concert to restart the lives of people with disabilities and for caring people.

Eliska

„I was born with cerebral palsy with spastic quadriparesis. CP is my primary diagnosis, but it is also associated with other conditions, such as frequent epileptic seizures.

I move around in a mechanical and electric wheelchair, live alone in a wheelchair accessible apartment and depend mainly on myself financially. I currently work in a sheltered workshop as a production assistant (sewing workshop). Although my health is deteriorating, I wish to continue working so that I can take care of myself. My goal is to be an inspiration to others.

Working with a coach, I would like to open new doors, find a path to personal growth, get psychological support and help in finding a new job.“

Marketa

„In the United States, I worked as an internist and a specialist in sleep medicine. However, my professional life changed dramatically after my diagnosis of multiple sclerosis became known. Although I managed to stay in the field for many years, the illness and a later injury eventually confined me to a wheelchair. Today, I am fully dependent on the assistance of others, and this dependence is the greatest obstacle I face every day.

With the support of a coach, I want to rediscover a sense of purpose and let go of the resignation that has accompanied me since losing my family and my career. I believe that with guidance, I can create a new path for my life—one where I can once again help others. I am already working on a book about multiple sclerosis, aiming to share both my experiences and hope. My motivation is not only to overcome my own limitations but also to show that even after great losses, life still holds meaning.“
