Melodio workshop: we are growing and we want to provide the best care to our clients

After three years of operation, the Melodio Endowment Fund organized a workshop for the first time. We have grown and therefore it is necessary to align our priorities, name what works for us, and most importantly: how to continue to grow so that our clients receive the best possible care.

On Friday, January 16, 2026,  we organized a workshop at the HADOTI restaurant in Klánovice. And honestly, we made a great choice. They cook delicious Asian dishes there, so in addition to work, we also treated ourselves to a well-deserved reward: ginger sushi, curry with rice and tofu or even  a fried banana with honey and roasted coconut.

Who makes up Melodio and what is in charge of it

The workshop was also an opportunity to remind ourselves once again how important it is that everyone in the team holds their share of responsibility. For example, Lucie Fusková provides our clients with comfort and accompaniment. Thanks to her kindness, she earned the nickname “angel” or Lucie, called Lompi, ensures order in the contacts of the people we work with. Tereza is in charge of the minutes of work meetings, and Lída,  for example,  is responsible for the financial side of the organization, especially tax control. Jana has an amazing overview of all the announced grants and connects Melodio with various social groups and organizations. Radek is in charge of the website and Karel is in charge of the website. Kateřina,  in cooperation with graphic designer Linda and a team of social media experts: Romča, Hanka and Rebeka, monitor whether all Melodia communication makes sense and is understandable for different target groups. And the best thing at the end – without the participation of the founders Šimona and Petr Mašek, the  workshop would not make sense at all and moreover, we would probably only stay with the water.

For the first time, new colleagues were with us

A big novelty was the participation of our new colleagues, who will help us with addressing partners in long-term as well as one-off cooperation and communication, so that our work is known, but at the same time supported by trustworthy sources.

Production is the basis: it is impossible without a background

At the workshop, we reminded ourselves of one more thing that is often underestimated, but in practice it is decisive: the background and organization during events. Technology, transport, schedule, arrangements, in short, everything that has to work for the concert to go smoothly.

There is a simple rule: if the production runs chaotically, even the most beautiful poster will not save it. Therefore, we want to constantly improve our processes so that our events are still professional and at the same time pleasant for clients and the whole team. And Valerie and Kateřina are responsible for all this.

Where do we go next

The workshop was not just about recapitulating, but mainly about what we will do in 2026. We have agreed on several specific steps, because we have clients who no longer need our help. Hooray. Our goal is to grow sustainably, so that we can help more and more people, but at the same time maintain the quality of care.

We are glad that Melodio is moving forward. We will continue our mission in 2026. With more confidence, better setup and the same determination to do the best for our clients.
