Music and Literature Evening. An event organized in collaboration with the beautiful cultural center Velký mlýn, a place made for enlightenment and building new friendships, and the Melodio Foundation, whose mission is to offer a fresh start in life to people with disabilities and those who have been long-term caregivers for their loved ones.
Together, we want to show how people with disabilities can inspire with their talents.
A mosaic of the best we have presented at Velký mlýn. Poet Jáchym Novotný, blind writer Radek Halas, Romana Fricová, Johana Pascal Veličková – all of them are very talented writers and their works will intertwine throughout this musical and literary evening. The program will be accompanied by music from Shimona, a singing lawyer, and virtuoso guitarist David Fiedler.
The proceeds from this event will go towards helping people with disabilities and caregivers restart their lives. The funds will be used for services that bring significant improvements in the mental and physical abilities of our clients.
