Melodio supports the idea of equal opportunities

On 11 – 12 April 2024, the Melodio Foundation participated in the EqualPayDay. This is a conference organised annually by the BPW CR.

Those present in the hall could hear live the song Baba. It will become the basis for the new Melodio Foundation project “When Baba helps”, which Melodio co-founder Shimona is preparing with the well-known singer, presenter and composer Jana Rychterová.

The Melodio Foundation is trying to break down the prejudices that prevail about people with disabilities. These people often receive less pay than their able-bodied colleagues. Prejudice is also a problem when it comes to equal pay for women and men.

If we all talk together, we can find a solution together. Communication is the best way to erase assumptions and prejudices.
