INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

The seller and operator of www.melodio.cz is Melodio Foundation, Boušova 792, Prague 9, 190 14, info@melodio.cz, ID: 17654564.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Provider is a charitable fund that pays for coaches and psychotherapists for people after an injury or illness, followed by special treatments and retraining. To this end, it sells music on fixed media and via streaming, concert tickets and souvenirs and promotional items.

USER REGISTRATION

Users can register via the registration form on our website both to receive the newsletter and as occasional or regular donors or buyers Registration is free of charge.

The user will not disclose to anyone their unique login password created during registration. In case of loss of the password, it will be restored through the User’s request by sending a link to restore it to the User’s email.

CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

The contractual relationship between the Sellers and the Buyer is established by the delivery of the acceptance of the order, i.e. the acceptance of the item in the e-shop.

Costs incurred by the Buyer when using remote means of communication in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract (e.g. internet connection costs or telephone call costs) are borne by the Buyer.

METHOD OF SHIPPING

The method of delivery of the goods, in the case of a physical object, is determined by the Seller. In the event that the method of delivery is agreed upon at the request of the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear the risk associated with such method of delivery, including any additional costs of the chosen method of delivery.

The dispatch of the ordered goods means their dispatch to the address specified by the Buyer when creating the order. The Operator reserves the right to add the cost of shipping the goods to the price of the order according to the current price list of the carrier.

PAYMENT FOR THE GOODS OR SERVICE

The User shall pay for the selected services or goods either by direct payment via QR code from his/her online banking or via credit card payment gateway or immediate payment. The price of the selected product is final.

Once payment has been made, the contract is deemed concluded at that point. For each completed order, one sales receipt (receipt) is automatically issued in accordance with the order. The receipt is sent to the email address provided when placing the order.

COMPLAINT

Complaints are accepted at info@melodio.cz and claims will be processed within ten working days, or 14 working days in complicated cases.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

The User is entitled to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods concluded online without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform the Provider of his withdrawal. He/she may use the sample withdrawal form available in Annex 1 to these Terms and Conditions.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period for the purchase of goods, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant 14-day withdrawal period.

The User shall return the goods to Nadační fond Melodio, Boušova 792, Prague 9, 190 14. In the event of withdrawal, the Provider shall refund all payments received without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice and the goods. The refund shall be made by sending the funds to the user’s account without cash.

The purchased and used service cannot be refunded, i.e. a contract under which the Service has already been provided cannot be withdrawn.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All music and artistic content provided by the Provider is protected in accordance with the legislation relating to copyright and other intellectual property rights, and is the exclusive property of the Provider or, where applicable, the relevant licensors. By accessing the Service, the User does not acquire any right to display, capture, or reproduce and distribute the image, image and sound recordings, except for personal use. Any such use is only possible with the express consent of the provider or, where applicable, authorised persons and/or in accordance with applicable law.
